Account Manager W/M

Henner provides administration services to the clients of international insurance partners, offering access to a worldwide network of medical providers, technical and actuarial support, technology solutions, etc.

Overview

The role of the Global Partnership department is to provide account management services to international insurers/brokers and be their main point of contact to ensure their satisfaction and support their growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage your own existing portfolio; oversee the entire customer relationship with partners to create proximity, satisfaction and growth.

- Design governance strategy, monitor implemented actions, and ensure contractual follow‑up.

- Support partners in significant events throughout the year (tenders, new projects, renewal discussions, etc.).

Qualifications

- At least one year experience in the insurance sector, ideally with international exposure.

- Good relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders; able to manage transversal relations.

- Thorough, organized, detail oriented, results oriented, and able to adapt to change and build trusted relationships.

- Team player, active listener, commercial feeling that will help succeed in the role.

- Fluency in French and English; ability to adapt to a multicultural workplace.
