We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle communication, objections, and escalations.
- Contribute to sales and timely solution delivery.
- Communicate initiative status to stakeholders.
- Generate account status reports.
- Collaborate with the team for growth opportunities.

**Requierments**:

- Strong English language skills (C1), written and verbal, for effective client communication.
- Proven Account Manager experience, preferably in sales or account management.
- Ability to understand client needs and position solutions effectively.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset for meeting sales targets and delivering great customer service.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and addressing objections professionally.
- Knowledgeable about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
