Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you'll ensure user-generated content complies with platform policies. Your responsibilities will include reviewing content, handling user appeals, and working closely with the team to maintain a safe and positive digital environment. Staying up to date with emerging trends will also help improve moderation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Monitoring: Review videos, audio, comments, and links to ensure they meet community standards, identifying and removing inappropriate content.
2. Policy Enforcement: Ensure all content, including images and titles, complies with platform guidelines.
3. User Interaction: Handle user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation decisions.
4. Compliance: Work with your team to meet industry regulations and ensure adherence.
5. Trend Monitoring: Analyze emerging user behaviors and adapt moderation strategies to minimize risks.
6. Process Optimization: Offer feedback to improve moderation tools and practices.

Qualifications:

1. C1 proficiency in German.
2. B2 proficiency in English.
3. EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.
4. 0-1 year experience in customer support.
5. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
6. Eagerness to learn and grow.
