With over a decade of experience in talent recruitment, Human Profiler is a consultancy specialized in IT Outsourcing and the selection of qualified profiles. We track trends, anticipate needs, and align talent with the right challenges through agility, closeness, and a personalized approach.
We are currently looking for an Engagement Manager the client team.

Main responsibilities
• Develop a detailed Project schedule and communication plan, ensuring identification, analysis, and response to risk factors while reporting to steering committee in a timely manner;
•Able to negotiate scope changes and manage scope, while focusing on delivering;
•Define and apply strategies to ensure margin attainment and effectively apply monitoring and control of the project;
•Promoto effective work sessions with stakeholders and the Costumer;
•Being able to proceed from the most macro perspective to the level of detail required to facilitate communication with all stackeholders;
•Being able to turn the costumer vision and requirements into a workable solution;
•Able to identify and prioritise features for the MVP that can validate a product idea early, ensuring it will align with the Costumer’s business;
•Identify opportunities and develop them throughout the engagement lifecycle;
•Identify Sponsors and Operational Leaders of processes that can benefit from digitization and being able to plan the seed and supporting them pitching it to the Sponsor.


Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management, Informatics Management, or Systems Engineergin;
•Strong Experience in project management and delivery;
•Experience in Agile Methodologies;
•English (Written and Spoken)
•OutSystems project experience and certifications are a plus.
•Healthcare experience is a plus.
•Project management certifications are a plus.
•Agile certifications (SM, PO, SMUX, etc..) are a plus
•Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks is a plus
