What You Will Do:
- Support and manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes across the organization.
- Work with IGA tools such as OneIdentity (preferred), Okta, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
- Handle user lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access updates, and role maintenance.
- Develop and maintain role models, entitlement structures, and access governance frameworks.
- Perform access reviews, certification campaigns, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Contribute to audit support, reporting, and documentation of identity governance processes.
- Participate in workflow design, automation, and improvement initiatives related to identity management.
- Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and support risk mitigation efforts.
- Collaborate closely with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to maintain strong identity governance standards.
- Interact with systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, LDAP directories, databases, and cloud applications to ensure secure and compliant access controls.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience with IGA tools such as OneIdentity Manager or Okta (SailPoint or Saviynt are also valuable).
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role modeling, access certification, and governance processes.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, reporting, and audit‑related activities.
- Experience with workflow design, automation, or SoD (Segregation of Duties) assessments is highly valued.
- Understanding of identity‑related integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, LDAP, databases, and cloud applications.
- Ability to work in governance‑ and process‑focused identity environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with broader IAM concepts beyond governance (authentication, federation, SSO).
- Exposure to cloud security practices or identity automation projects.
