Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test strategies
- Create, maintain, and improve test automation frameworks
- Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and performance testing
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and quality engineering practices
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in complex environments
- Promote continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor less experienced team members Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Test Engineering Strong experience in both manual and automated testing Hands-on experience with automation and testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Interest in professional growth and future leadership opportunities Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon Availability for occasional international travel
