SAP CRM Business Analyst

🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP CRM projects.
- Exposure to utilities industry processes and CRM implementation
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM functional modules (Marketing, Sales, Service).
- Ability to write functional specs and review technical designs (ABAP, BADIs, BAPIs).
- Familiarity with SAP Web UI configuration and Business Roles.
- Basic knowledge of middleware (PI/PO/CPI) and integration concepts.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience with SAP IS-U integration and Fiori apps.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and documentation tools (JIRA, ALM).

🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

- Requirements Gathering -Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture functional and technical needs.

- Process Analysis - Map utilities-specific CRM processes (Marketing, Sales, Service) and identify improvement opportunities.

- Solution Design Support - Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on ABAP enhancements, Web UI adjustments, and middleware integrations.

- Testing & Validation - Define test cases, execute UAT, and validate technical deliverables against business requirements.

- Data & Integration Support - Assist in data migration checks and troubleshoot replication issues between SAP CRM and IS-U (preferably).
