MixMove is a logistics SaaS company based in Lisbon, trusted by Fortune 500 brands like DHL, 3M, and Volkswagen to help them orchestrate their global supply chains.

We deliver:

Now, we’re looking for a growth-focused, creative, and independent B2B marketer to lead and professionalise our marketing function.

The Role: Your Mission

As our first full-time marketing hire, you’ll own and execute the marketing roadmap. You’ll work directly with our founders, and collaborate with client-side champions at brands, including Fortune 500 companies, to turn their success into our growth.

You will:

- Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and build messaging that speaks to their pain points and transformation goals.
- Revive and relaunch the MixMove website into a content-first, lead-generation machine.
- Create and promote case studies, videos, and testimonials, especially via co-marketing with clients (e.g., DHL promoting our work on LinkedIn).
- Design and run ABM campaigns using tools like HubSpot or Apollo.io to target key logistics companies.
- Build and run a LinkedIn content and retargeting strategy, including paid and organic efforts.
- Launch and manage lightweight webinars and video content to fuel top-of-funnel discovery.
- Ensure GEO optimisation, basic SEO, and conversion-enhancing assets are in place (landing pages, demo widgets, ROI calculators).
- Track, report, and optimise using analytics tools and a test-and-learn mindset.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a SaaS or logistics tech company

• Strong experience across content marketing, ABM, and paid social (esp. LinkedIn)

• Proven ability to write or edit case studies, customer stories, and value-focused assets

• Experience with website optimisation, HubSpot/CRM tools, and basic analytics

• Interest in client advocacy and co-marketing(turning happy customers into promoters)

• Ability to work independently and proactively (we’re a lean, focused team)

• Based in Lisbon, or relocating with the right to work in Portugal

• Build a lean but powerful ABM engine that can scale internationally

• Lay the foundation for a marketing team as MixMove grows
