Middle Office Trade Services Analyst – Lisbon

Experis is recruiting a Middle Office Specialist to join the trading support team of one of its international partners operating in the financial services sector. This role is positioned within the Middle Office and supports complex financial products across multiple asset classes.
What you'll do:
- Booking and exception management for micro and macro hedges across all instrument types and asset classes (shares, bonds and derivatives - Equity, Rates and FX);
- Lifecycle management of OTC and listed derivatives;
- Handling and monitoring trades from multiple trading platforms;
- Troubleshootingand resolving issues raised by Trading, Treasury, Sales, Risk and Reconciliation teams;
- Identifying automation opportunities in daily tasks, coordinating with relevant teams and supporting implementation initiatives;
- Taking responsibility for training junior team members in areas of expertise.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field;
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Middle Office or similar functions;
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including derivatives;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written);
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Customer focus;
- Team work & collaboration;
- Attention to detail.
