The Offer
· Assist customer by the telephone, emails and chat
· Offer technical assistance on the platform
· Apply the correct escalation process when necessary
· Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
· Identify, study and propose the best solution to help the customer
· Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished
· Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service
Requirements
· Excellent communication skills in Dutch and intermediate level in English
· Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus
· Genuine care giver with a problem solver mind
· Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
· Comfortable with phone calls, email writing and social media
