YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated Order Desk Analyst to integrate a project for one of our clients:

- Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.

- Act as the end customers’ point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.

- Provide information and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.

- Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.

YOUR PROFILE

- At least B2 level at English OR Spanish language.

- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365.

- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.

- Availability of working in shifts.

NICE TO HAVE

- Sense of responsibility, pro‑activity and dynamism.

- Good communication skills.

- Availability for hybrid work.
