**Main Activities and Responsibilities**:

- Daily management of customers’ accounts (daily communication with customers in order to give continuous feedback about their orders);
- Management of customer’s orders;
- Management of Finished Goods’ expedition;
- Invoicing control;
- Extra costs management;
- Stock levels control;
- Service level control.

**We are looking for**:

- University degree;
- Strong communication skills;
- Openness to develop new skills and capacity of quickly adapt to change;
- Committed and motivated person, willing to be part of the team;
- Good planning and organizational skills;
- English language proficiency;
- Intermediate IT knowledge, including Excel;
- SAP knowledge (preferential but not mandatory);
- Young graduate profile with a willingness to learn and ambition to start quickly adding value to the organization.
