We are committed to the successful operation of our information technology systems. We are seeking an IT helpdesk technician to assist our internal customers with problems concerning computer systems, hardware, and software. The technician will work with customers remotely and in person, guiding them through systems configuration and troubleshooting, while aiming to solve issues with efficiency. Standout candidates should be good problem-solvers with good communication and customer service skills. Main Activities and Responsibilities: • Assuring IT support for internal customers; • Perform local and remote assistance to end users; • Perform technical troubleshooting software and hardware; • Manage helpdesk tickets promptly and document interactions; • Maintaining documentation related to processes and system configurations; • Cooperating with external suppliers; • Training and installing new users. We are looking for: • Academic background in IT; • Excellent computer skills (Windows environment, network devices and their configuration, etc); • Self-motivation and ability to work independently; • Good analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills; • Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose IT problems; • Experience on a similar position (preferred IT Helpdesk role); • Fluent in English.
