IT Technician/ IT Helpdesk

Na **ID CORPORATE** contamos com consultores com experiência de vários anos na área, enquanto especialistas em pesquisa direta de profissionais de nível intermédio e superior para diferentes sectores de atividade e funções.
- Coordenar (e operacionalizar) tickets com suporte de segundo nível, fornecedores e prestadores de serviços;
- Gerir o ciclo de vida de hardware e software de equipamentos padrão;
- Manutenção da infraestrutura do cliente;
- Garantir operações de Lean ICT eficientes;
- Criar e modificar documentação de utilizador, instalação e suporte;
- Trabalho de instalação e manutenção no ambiente de IT (PCs, periféricos, software, etc.);
- Participar em projetos locais e em toda a organização de IT.
**Requisitos e qualificações**:
- Formação como profissional de IT ou experiência em posições similares;
- Experiência em suporte de IT;
- Formação adicional/experiência na área do Microsoft 365;
- Conhecimento de processos em gestão de incidentes, problemas e mudanças (ITIL);
- Excelente conhecimento de inglês, tanto falado como escrito;
- Conhecimento de francês (preferencial).
