Overview An IT Manager at iCliGo is proactive and visionary, with experience in managing technology, people, and processes. This profile plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the company’s technological infrastructure, while driving innovation and supporting business growth. This person combines strong leadership and problem-solving skills with technical expertise, ensuring that IT systems run smoothly, securely, and in alignment with the company’s goals. Responsibilities Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company’s objectives; Manage and optimize the technological infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, security, devices); Lead, support, and develop the IT team, fostering collaboration and best practices; Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection policies are applied consistently; Manage external vendors, IT contracts, and budget; Support digital transformation projects and automation of business processes; Act as the main point of contact for critical incidents and ensure continuity plans are in place. What we’re looking for A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Proven experience in IT management (ideally 5+ years in similar roles); Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), networks, and cybersecurity; Experience managing teams and external vendors; Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset; Natural curiosity and eagerness to introduce new ideas and tools that simplify daily work; Fluent in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
