**Job Opening**: IT Support Technician

Job Functions
- Setting up and installing new computers, networks and software
- Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
- Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults
- Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
- Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss
- Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
- Keeping updated the network diagram of the Organizations IT system
- Configure users and access privileges in Active Service Directory within Windows Server
- Configure users, groups and assets in Exchange Server
- Support Linux maintenance
- Support for server uptime and reliability. Assure hardware resources are available for physical and virtual machines.

Required Skills/Experience
- IT Engineer degree or similar (preference)
- Microsoft Technology Certifications or CK A/AD/S
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud
- Knowledge of Open Shift, or Redhat technologies
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System and Virtualization concepts
- Knowledge of networking concepts including VIPs, NAT, DNS
- Knowledge of container specific networking concepts such as CNI
- Knowledge of networking tools (ping, tracert, tracemon, tcpdump, etc.)
- Knowledge of VPN, IPSEC TUNNELING and other Remote desktop technologies.
- Knowledge of cyber security policies and hability to train
- Knowledge of Firewall configuration (Profiles, Rules, Logs.)
- Knowledge of SQL Server
- Basic programming skills for user interface (HTML, Javascript, CSS) is a plus;
- Knowloge of IT/OT(Industrial Automation) is a plus.
