We are looking for an Application Production Support Technician for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).

Requirements:

- + 3 years of experience in application support.
- Good knowledge of Windows environment (Power Shell, Active Directory, Event logs).
- Experience with Virtual Machines (VM's).
- Application Performance Monitor (Dynatrace preferable).
- Cloud RPA (Blue Prism preferable).
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Infra as code (Ansible preferable).
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

- Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business workflows and scenarios.
- Maintain proper coverage in their designated shift.
- Voluntarily pick up work and tasks as received over email, tickets, or in person.
- Provide business, team members, and other project/task partnering teams updates on the issue/task/project.
- Improve day-to-day tasks by writing scripts and automating tasks that are procedure-oriented.
- Contribute towards better post-release checkouts.
- Understand the underlying issue and the associated patch fix/release and identify systemic issues.
- Availability to work during Holidays/Weekends as per pre-defined needs and on a rotational basis with the rest of the team.
