The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Production Support professional to join our team at QUANTEAM - Portugal (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that all production deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are aligned with bank standards and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**
‑ Provide L1/L2 support to application, system, and batch-related issues on the respective AS400 primary, Unix/Windows secondary environments used by different domains in the company.
‑ Monitor production batches and infra components.
‑ Ensure batch-related issues are attended and resolved on time.
‑ Escalate timely to Head of APS on possible risks, escalation matters, and management issues.
‑ Adhere to Service Level objective targets and roadmap.
‑ Review and create application support knowledge articles.
‑ Ensure all production deliverables are aligned with bank standards and best practices.
‑ Identify and propose automation wherever possible to improve system availability, productivity, and performance.

**Requirements:**
‑ Total 7+ years of IT experience working in IT infrastructure and application support with a good mix of experience as given.
‑ At least 3+ years of support experience on AS400 technologies (DB2/400, CL/400, SQL/400, RPG & RPGLE, COBOL/400).
‑ Good technical knowledge on AS400 Subsystem, Job Description, Job Queue, Job Logs, Journal, Objects, etc.
‑ Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis.
‑ Familiar with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus.
‑ Core Banking (Olympic / Transact / others).
‑ ITIL.
‑ Fluency in English (written and spoken).
