Deploy production changes with precision ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining the integrity of the platform.
Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements.
Manage incident including detailed analysis and reporting to maintain high service levels.
Technical Skills:Application support experience Administrative knowledge of Windows (W. 10 workstations – W. 2012/2016/2019 Servers)Administrative knowledge of Linux / Unix system: REDHAT/DEBIANJava Tomcat Application Server – admin/deploymentMicrosoft IIS Application ServerMicrosoft IIS Proxy ServerWindows Scripting: batch / powershell / perlUnix scripting: kshSchedulers: Autosys / Control M / SQL Server Agent / CrontabSQL Server knowledge (Refresh database / Configuration / Permissions / Optimizations)Oracle Server (Refresh database / Configuration / Permissions / Optimizations)Being able to build query (SQL Server database)Good knowledge of security conceptGood knowledge of IT Design (for software / for infrastructure)Infrastructure skill (Physical infrastructure / Virtual infrastructure: VMWARE – ESX – Virtualization / Firewall / Load balancers)Knowledge of the packaging process (not expert)Some programming skills (VBA) to develop some tools to help the day to dayKnowledge of the CIB domain + basic financial product understanding Language Skills:Fluent in English -Fluent in French
