We are seeking a talented Marketing Designer to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver high-quality marketing assets, including social media visuals, landing pages, ads, and email templates, in line with Blum's brand identity.
2. Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align creative outputs with strategic goals.
3. Utilize marketing metrics and performance data to refine and optimize designs for better engagement and conversion rates.
4. Develop concepts and visuals that resonate with target audiences, particularly in the web3 and crypto spaces.
5. Maintain consistency in design language across all marketing channels and materials.
6. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep Blum's marketing fresh and competitive.
7. Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to overall brand growth.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Marketing Designer or similar role, ideally in the web3/crypto industry.
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
3. Familiarity with using analytics tools and marketing metrics to inform design decisions.
4. Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and user engagement.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
