At Shield, a fast-growing and dynamic tech company in the domain of financial services, we're looking for a talented and creative Mid-Level Marketing Designer to join our marketing team and make our brand shine.

The objectives of your role

1. To contribute to the creation of impactful visual designs aligned with the brand's guidelines and objectives.
2. Help cultivate and expand a design-driven culture within the organization.

What you'll have as responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audiences, and communication goals.
2. Design and develop visually compelling marketing materials, including but not limited to:

- Website graphics
- Landing pages
- Social media assets
- Infographics
- Digital and print collaterals

- Work closely with the senior designer to ensure brand consistency and explore innovation opportunities.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns, events, and other initiatives with the marketing team.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content writers, product marketers, and sales) to create cohesive, visually impactful materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in marketing design, preferably in a tech-savvy or B2B environment.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing, web, and UI design.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (motion design in After Effects is a plus).
4. Solid knowledge of design principles, branding, composition, and visual storytelling.
5. Experience in creating standout PowerPoint presentations.
6. An understanding of marketing concepts and the ability to translate strategies into compelling visuals.
7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
9. A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing design trends.
10. Fluent in English, both verbal and written skills.
