We are looking for a Support Engineer (German speaker)) to join us in Lisbon.

Must Have:

- English and German Speaker (spoken & written)
- Experience in Helpdesk / Application Support
- Incident management tools (e.g. Servicenow)
- Root-Cause analysis, log-file handling, problem solving
- Data security & IAM/Access management knowledge
- Active Directory experience in user management/access management
- Problem solving & research skills
- Data handling & analysis (e.g. batchfile uploads, cross check data)
- SQL queries knowledge
- Microsoft Excel & Office (strong Excel skills)
- Communication skills with client & other teams
- ITIL certification / knowledge
