Developer Experience (DX) Enablement Lead
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Provide technical leadership to the team, guiding architectural decisions and enforcing best practices.
- Coordinate tasks, distribute responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ensure aligned and timely deliveries.
- Review code, enforce quality standards, and promote continuous improvement.
- Identify performance issues, bugs, and optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the evolution of the architecture and development processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recent experience in React Native (mandatory).
- Proven experience as Team Lead or Tech Lead.
- Strong understanding of mobile concepts: performance, security, lifecycle, native components, etc.
- Experience with TypeScript, Redux/MobX or other state-management tools.
- Familiarity with integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Ability to define and enforce development best practices.
- Excellent communication, autonomy, and leadership skills.
