Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Help customers with account setup, login issues, identity verification, and transaction management.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese (C2 level).
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
