Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and professional assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media.

- Help customers with account setup, login issues, identity verification, and transaction management.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer clear, effective solutions.

- Handle inquiries with empathy, precision, and a customer‑first mindset.

- Build positive relationships through clear and thoughtful communication.

Adhere to internal processes while upholding exceptional service quality.

- Offer insights and feedback to improve support strategies and enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Portuguese (C2 level).

- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.

- 0-1 year of experience in customer support.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

- Eagerness to learn and grow.
