Descrição

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.

- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data management.

- Participate in audits and implement improvements based on findings.

- Stay updated on financial trends and regulatory changes in the property industry.

Perfil ideal

- Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or similar area.

- 5-7 years experience in the management control area, with special focus on M&A/ Due Diligence processes.

- Strong knowledge of management control and accounting.

- Great understanding of the business, supporting the decision-making process.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

- Good English domain.
