Na Mootiva, estamos a recrutar umBusiness Developmentpara apoiar o crescimento de projetos internacionais na área de Technology Services. Procuramos um perfil com formação em IT e background técnico, que queira evoluir para a área de negócio e desenvolvimento comercial, trabalhando de perto com equipas técnicas, comerciais e de liderança, num contexto internacional.
Esta função é ideal para alguém em fase de crescimento que procure ganhar exposição progressiva ao ciclo comercial completo em serviços tecnológicos.
Principais responsabilidades
- Apoiar atividades de business development em mercados internacionais, com foco inicial na Europa.
- Identificar e qualificar novas oportunidades comerciais, contas e potenciais parceiros.
- Apoiar o ciclo de venda: prospeção, reuniões com clientes, preparação de propostas e follow-up.
- Trabalhar em proximidade com equipas técnicas para compreender soluções e traduzi-las em propostas de valor.
- Apoiar a definição e execução de go-to-market plans (segmentação, campanhas, eventos, parcerias).
- Atualizar e acompanhar o pipeline comercial e reporting de oportunidades.
- Acompanhar tendências em serviços cloud, plataformas enterprise e transformação digital.
Perfil pretendido
- Cerca de 3 anos de experiência profissional na área de IT como: business development, funções técnico-comerciais, pré-venda ou consultoria tecnológica.
- Formação superior em IT, Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas similares.
- Background técnico que permita compreender soluções tecnológicas e interagir com equipas de engenharia.
- Interesse claro em evoluir para funções de business development internacional.
- Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e relacionamento.
- Inglês fluente (obrigatório); outras línguas são valorizadas.
- Perfil proativo, autónomo, com vontade de aprender e crescer.
- Disponibilidade para viajar pontualmente.
