Descrição do emprego
Desempenha funções de suporte geral à direção de IT e às suas operações, incluindo assistência corrente aos clientes e utilizadores. É responsável por gerir de forma eficiente as questões operacionais diárias de IT, oferecendo suporte abrangente aos utilizadores nos sistemas disponíveis e nos processos relacionados com o departamento.
Garante uma comunicação clara e eficaz com os utilizadores e clientes internos, parceiros e demais membros da equipa de IT, promovendo alinhamento e colaboração.
Tarefas:
1. Serviço ao Utilizador & Suporte
- Atendimento de chamadas e gestão de pedidos/tickets.
- Prestação de suporte de HelpDesk de nível 1 aos utilizadores (hardware ou software).
- Acompanhamento do estado dos pedidos e comunicação com os utilizadores.
- Identificação, despiste de problemas e resolução de problemas técnicos.
- Manter um elevado nível de satisfação dos utilizadores através de interações profissionais e educadas.
2. Gestão Contratual e Compras de IT
- Apoio na gestão de contratos de IT, incluindo licenciamento, comunicações, impressão, entre outros.
- Assistência na aquisição de equipamentos, soluções e serviços, elaborando comparações entre alternativas.
- Controlo da faturação e dos custos relacionados com o IT.
3. Gestão de Processos, Activos e Stocks de IT
- Coordenação dos processos de onboarding, offboarding, alterações (changes) e gestão corrente de permissões.
- Atualização do cadastro de ativos de IT e monitorização dos níveis de stock.
- Elaboração de relatórios da área de IT.
- Realização de tarefas administrativas relacionadas com a área.
4. Instalação e Suporte a Equipamentos
- Instalação de equipamentos e suporte técnico contínuo aos mesmos.
- Efetuar a instalação e manutenção de vários periféricos, bem como instalação de atualizações e patches importantes.
5. Gestão Documental e Intranet
- Suporte na organização documental e manutenção da intranet do departamento.
6. Monitorização de Sistemas
- Monitorização dos sistemas e verificação da execução de tarefas agendadas.
Qualificações
- Formação relevante na área dos sistemas de informação;
- Proficiente em Ferramentas Microsoft 365;
- Proficiente em Inglês;
- Conhecimentos de redes;
- Experiência de trabalho com ferramentas de service desk;
- Experiência de contacto e suporte a clientes finais;
- Proficiência em Inglês para suporte a utilizadores de língua estrangeira;
- Residência preferencial na região do Porto.
