We are seeking a French-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic and international team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a superb opportunity to support a leading, globally recognized search engine project, providing world-class customer support to French-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct customer support to French-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with queries related to the search engine's services, including troubleshooting, navigation, and privacy settings.
- Deliver excellent customer service by deeply understanding users' concerns and offering clear, accurate solutions.
- Educate customers on new product features and help optimize their overall search experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate technical issues and ensure quick, timely resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving throughout every interaction.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, industry trends, and updates to ensure the highest quality of support.

Requirements

- Fluent in French (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and digital platforms.
- Must be able to work on-site in Lisbon.
- A dedicated team player with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
