What You'll Do
- Be the First Point of Contact: You'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our clients, assisting them with inquiries and providing solutions related to our business systems.
- Provide Expert Support: You'll help clients troubleshoot issues, guide them through system features, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience with our products.
- Collaborate and Communicate: You'll work closely with other teams to resolve more complex issues, providing valuable feedback that helps us improve our products and services.
- Document and Organize: You'll accurately record all customer interactions in our system, helping to build a comprehensive knowledge base for the entire team.
- Contribute to a Great Customer Experience: Your goal is to ensure every client feels heard and supported, building strong relationships and contributing to our reputation for excellent service.
Who We're Looking For
- Language Skills: You must be fully fluent in French (both written and spoken) to support our French-speaking clients. A strong command of English (B2 level) is also required for internal communication and training.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, support, or a technical role is a plus, but not essential. We are committed to providing thorough training and support to help you succeed
- Soft Skills: You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and you're known for your patience and positive attitude. You're a great listener and can explain things clearly and simply.
- Work Environment: You are comfortable and disciplined working from home and have a quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.
