Role Overview:
We are looking for a PL/SQL Consultant to join one of the leading multinationals in the Portuguese market, known for its diversified business portfolio. It has a solid culture focused on innovation and digital transformation - offices in Porto (hybrid).
What you will do:
- Manage and analyze incidents, ensuring resolution and compliance with the agreed Service Levels with users;
- Ensure structured analysis and resolution of the root causes of incidents;
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and process simplification in the solutions managed by the team;
- Work closely with project teams to ensure knowledge transfer and support development projects;
- Participate in the configuration of appropriate support models and in the knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;
- Improve documentation of functional and technical processes and workflows.
What you are like:
- At least one year of experience with PL/SQL (support or development);
- Experience withPro-C (batch language) or Shellscript is a big plus;
- Experience withOracle database, Oracle Forms and Reports;
- Experience in solving complex problems involving multidisciplinary teams;
- Autonomy, organization and sense of responsibility;
- Strong interaction and communication skills;
