The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us atRole Overview:We are looking for a PL/SQL Consultant to join one of the leading multinationals in the Portuguese market, known for its diversified business portfolio. It has a solid culture focused on innovation and digital transformation - offices in Porto (hybrid).What you will do:Manage and analyze incidents, ensuring resolution and compliance with the agreed Service Levels with users;Ensure structured analysis and resolution of the root causes of incidents;Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and process simplification in the solutions managed by the team;Work closely with project teams to ensure knowledge transfer and support development projects;Participate in the configuration of appropriate support models and in the knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;Improve documentation of functional and technical processes and workflows.What you are like:At least one year of experience with PL/SQL (support or development);Experience with Pro-C (batch language) or Shellscript is a big plus;Experience with Oracle database, Oracle Forms and Reports;Experience in solving complex problems involving multidisciplinary teams;Autonomy, organization and sense of responsibility;Strong interaction and communication skills;Why join usWork on challenging projects for big clientsLearn more about emerging technologiesPossibility of working remotelyDesign your career planAccess to continuous training and certificationsEvolve through our internal mobility program... and much more
