🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
- Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) without heavy coding.
- Define workflows, SLAs, and business rules aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and administrators.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
- Support UAT and ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex customizations and integrations.

- Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid work
- Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
