As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch assistance across various channels. Your clear communication and problem‑solving mindset will ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for every user.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver prompt, high-quality support via phone, email, chat, and social platforms.

- Assist users with tasks such as setting up accounts, resolving login and identity issues, managing transactions, and troubleshooting tech problems.

Requirements

- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level).

- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.

- 0-1 year of experience in customer support.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

- Eagerness to learn and grow.
