Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for users, assisting them across a variety of channels, including email, chat, and social platforms. Whether resolving account issues, addressing billing questions, or offering technical support, your goal will be to ensure a smooth, high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and effective support through multiple communication channels

  • Assist with account setup, password recovery, billing inquiries, and identity verification

  • Troubleshoot technical issues with attention to detail and clear communication

  • Deliver a consistent, compassionate experience to all users

  • Maintain accurate case records while following internal procedures

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve support processes

  • Offer feedback and ideas to enhance customer experience and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hebrew (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
