Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch assistance across various channels. Your clear communication and problem-solving mindset will ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for every user.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, high-quality support via phone, email, chat, and social platforms
Assist users with tasks such as setting up accounts, resolving login and identity issues, managing transactions, and troubleshooting tech problems
Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-driven attitude
Respond to inquiries with accuracy and urgency, always keeping the customer's needs in focus
Build trust and rapport through thoughtful, clear communication
Follow internal workflows and best practices while ensuring excellent service standards
Share feedback to help improve support processes and elevate overall user experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
