Key Responsibilities of the Customer Specialist
  • Customer Interaction: Provide a positive and helpful experience by addressing customer inquiries and concerns via different communication channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues related to Aircover, ensuring that they receive the best possible support and resolution in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes.
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and ensure detailed documentation of issues and solutions.
  • Feedback Implementation: Gather customer feedback and suggestions for improving the Aircover experience.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
