We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Italian-Speaking Customer Delight Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our Italian-speaking customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our services. You will act as a brand ambassador, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive and proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support and assistance.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
  • EU ID or Portuguese Residence card
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
