Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll handle customer inquiries across multiple channels—including phone, chat, email, and social media—assisting with account management, technical support, and financial concerns. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and drive operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier support through various communication channels
- Assist with account setup, verification, logins, financial transactions, and tech-related issues
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism
- Foster strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Uphold service quality while adhering to company policies
- Recommend process enhancements to optimize customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
