Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, offering timely, tailored assistance across various communication channels. Your problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail will help ensure each interaction is smooth and customer-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and courteous support through phone, email, live chat, and social media

  • Assist with account setup, login issues, user verification, and transaction support

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver easy-to-understand solutions

  • Handle inquiries with a caring, solution-oriented approach

  • Maintain clear and respectful communication to build lasting customer trust

  • Comply with internal guidelines to ensure service quality and consistency

  • Contribute feedback and ideas to help improve the overall support experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
