JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an IT Support / Asset Management Specialist to help manage and support our growing fleet of IT devices across multiple European offices. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on IT support experience who enjoys ownership, organisation, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

While the position is remote-friendly, our device warehouse and operational base is in Lisbon, so availability to travel is essential.

What you’ll do

- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (laptops, mobile phones, peripherals)
- Handle device onboarding/offboarding for employees across Europe
- Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation
- Coordinate shipping, returns, repairs, and replacements
- Work closely with local offices and vendors to ensure timely device availability
- Provide basic IT support (hardware, setup, access issues)
- Support standard IT processes and best practices across regions

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Strong understanding of IT asset management
- Experience managing laptops and mobile devices at scale
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willing and able to travel occasionally within Europe

Nice to have

- Experience supporting multiple international offices
- French and/or German language skills
- Familiarity with device lifecycle tools or asset management systems

Location & setup

- Device warehouse and operational base in Lisbon
- Hybride position
- Travel required as needed
