- Respond to customer inquiries, mainly through inbound calls.
- Guide users through account registration and balance management.
- Explain how the app works and how to access its different benefits.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer support. What We're Looking For
- Fluent or native-level French.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A helpful attitude and willingness to learn.
What We Offer
- Hybrid work arrangement.
- Welcome bonus of €2,000, paid in monthly instalments throughout the first year.
- Food allowance of €7.63 per working day.
