Responsibilities
- Client contact: you will be the point of contact for existing customers and ensure they fully utilise our solutions via calls.
- Up‑selling and cross‑selling: identify opportunities to expand our services and products, ensuring customers benefit from additional offerings.
- Solution‑focused advisory: analyse clients’ needs and develop custom fleet‑management solutions.
- Contract negotiation: carry out negotiations and secure long‑term contracts that satisfy both client and company.
- Market observation: stay up to date with current trends to strategically expand your portfolio.
- Internal collaboration: work closely with sales, product, finance, customer service and operations teams to guarantee a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience managing accounts, ideally in fleet management, SaaS, IoT, telecommunications, electronic hardware or similar B2B services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience implementing up‑selling and cross‑selling strategies.
- Autonomous, structured work style with strong customer orientation.
- Technical capability and comfort with digital solutions, both hardware and software.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
