As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers on-site. You will be responsible for leading activities, people, and HSE compliance to a high standard. You will enjoy opportunities to develop your product knowledge and technical skills in a dynamic, innovative environment.

As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Providing technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
- Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting, and commissioning of Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sites.
- Leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions.
- Ensuring internal training, compliance, and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.

Work Experience

- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment.
- Have experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar).
- Display an impressive customer service-oriented mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions.
- Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Have a deep awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance and potential risks.
- Be a motivated self-starter and be able to make key decisions and innovate solutions.
- Have good English knowledge.
- Be available to travel globally 70% of the time.
- Have an EU Passport or a European Work permit.
