We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Administration Intern. During your internship, you will interact with various departments from our team in Portugal and gather hands-on experience within the Human Pharma area. The internship will run for one year, and you will have the chance to experience different challenges across different departments.
You will be working from Boehringer Ingelheim's offices in Portugal.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Therapeutic Area Assistants of the Human Pharma (HP) Business;
- General support tasks (e.g. organization and coordination of internal, external and 3rd parties meetings, plan series/recurrent meetings, ordering reprints/e-prints/materials/translations, maintaining email distribution lists, populating and distributing newsletters);
- Provide support in the organization and coordination of specific (national and international) events;
- Support the onboarding of new colleagues to the brand teams (e.g. prepare onboarding checklist and schedule get-to-know meetings);
- Support the coordination of the process around contracting HCP/HCO/PO (requesting approval, contracting, invoicing, spend capture, archiving).

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

- Your passion, creativity, and enthusiasm.
- Educational background in Secretariat, Administrative Assistant, or any other business management degree.
- Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar skillset position is considered a plus.
- Excellent command of the Portuguese and English language is mandatory.
- Digital Acumen.
- Profound knowledge of standard MS Office programs.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Accountable: Prioritizes work and drives execution excellence through accuracy, discipline, and collaboration.
- Evidence of strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Evidence of effective problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
