Your Role:

- Provide outstanding customer support to users of our Betting App
- Assist customers with queries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Provide expert advice on app usage, betting features, and technical troubleshooting
- Work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including night shifts, to support our customers around the clock
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality service at all times

Requirements:

- Native Portuguese (European) and English at a B2 level
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Availability for rotating shifts, including night shifts, and 2 days off (rotative)
