Role Overview:  As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat. Your goal is to deliver clear answers, resolve issues effectively, and ensure customers enjoy a smooth and positive experience at every step.
