Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Change Management Consultant to play a key role in the adoption of our innovative staffing tool. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing user engagement across multiple countries.

What You'll Do:

1. Develop and deliver engaging training materials for diverse user groups.
2. Organize and conduct training sessions, providing ongoing support to users.
3. Design and implement effective change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
4. Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop global adoption strategies.
5. Create compelling communication materials and contribute to internal campaigns.
6. Continuously gather feedback and refine training content to optimize user experience.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
2. Experience in change management and digital transformation initiatives.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse international teams.
5. A passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Fluency in English.
