Descrição
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead a team of billing specialists
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure a high-performing and motivated team
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the Team
- Billing Process Optimization:
- Review and enhance end-to-end billing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure related documentation is up to date Internal Client Interaction and Relationship
- Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the internal clients served by the team
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique billing needs and expectations
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships
- Quality Assurance and Performance Metrics:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for billing accuracy and service delivery
- Implement corrective actions to address discrepancies and improve performance
- Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Maintain training materials for Service Center billing staff and ensure training sessions, Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
- Proven experience in billing operations within a service center environment (3/4 years);
- A first and successful experience in management, hands-on (1/2 years);
- In-depth knowledge of billing systems (SAP) and processes;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2).
