Descrição
A Successful Finance & Administration Specialist (Source-to-Pay) will need to:
- Manage the source-to-pay process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee vendor management and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Handle invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control standards.
- Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with administrative tasks as required.
Perfil ideal
A successful Finance & Administration Specialist (Source-to-Pay) should have:
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of source-to-pay processes and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English;
