In your new role, you will:
1. Manage a segment of global go-to-market business process deliverables.
2. Ensure adaptability and standardization of process deliverables across all divisions.
3. Own change management of process deliverables. Own process improvements.
4. Establish an interface between a go-to-market process and go-to-market deliverables processes.
5. Own and maintain process documentation and trainings.
6. Act as a go-to person for go-to-market business process.
7. Foster knowledge exchange and best practices sharing within marketing communities.
8. Support global projects.
As a highly skilled and ambitious professional, you bring together exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and outstanding communication abilities to drive business success. You're poised to make a lasting impact with a collaborative mindset, a relentless drive for results, and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1. A degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field of studies.
2. At least 5 years of work experience in Business Process Management.
3. Experience in Marketing processes management.
4. Experience in the Semiconductor or High-tech Industry.
5. Experience in data analysis and reporting would be a plus.
6. Experience in Project Management would be a plus.
7. Fluency in English (mandatory).
